  2. a cognitive pattern: with 15 elements in relation with the conflict, we set up your general pattern in a conflicting situation. The gathering of information is done from interviews.

If you wish to calm an angry individual, you must first calm yourself. Our coaches will help you acquire a way of being and savoir-faire in order to reach the targeted objective.
